Mike Alvarez Consulting was founded in 1990 by Michael J. Alvarez. Mike started the company with the vision of giving small and mid-size businesses the opportunity to compete by maximizing productivity with technology. Mike helps his clients strategically leverage their use of today’s technology, allowing them to focus on running their business, “DOING MORE WITH LESS”.
Mike has served as Systems Administrator, VP of Marketing and CIO in the commercial insurance and wholesale mortgage banking industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Sacramento Chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP GSC) and is responsible for saccamp.org and all related e-Commerce and e-mail marketing activities.
He was selected the 2001 Volunteer Businessman of The Year by the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for his contributions to chamber technology.
Mike has worked in rock video production and post production with artists including Donna Summer, Grace Slick and Mickey Thompson of the Jefferson Star Ship. He also worked as a commercial product and institutional portrait photographer and National Photographic Production Manager.
Mike Alvarez Consulting (MAC) is located in the Lake Tahoe, foothill community of Meadow Vista, California. Service is provided to clients across the United States and South America. Mike also provides services in Spanish.
